You select "Add a new listing" to add a new listing to the platform. You listing will be published once our admin approves the listing. We will reach out to you if we need any additional information.
You can offer your service with 5 different price units (Hourly, Daily, Monthly, Annual and Flat Rate). You need to set your minimum and maximum units for every listing. That would be the range of units what Buyer can select at the timing of hiring. For example - You have a hourly service what you would like to offer for a minimum of 2 hours to 5 hours. In that case, minimum units will be 2 and maximum units will be 5.
Payment takes around 2 to 4 weeks to reach to seller account. If you still don't see your payment then please reach out to us.
You can sell all those services shown under listing service types (Elder Care, Real Estate, Legal, Financial, Travel, Teaching and IT). If you are willing to offer a service outside of these types then please contact us.
You can see view all your orders under "Sales" once you are logged in. An order can have below status.
Waiting for seller acceptance - Buyer has submit an order and waiting for acceptance by seller.
Accepted by seller - Seller has accepted the order and it is in progress.
Service Provided - Order is already completed by service provider.
Cancelled - Order cancelled by admin upon Buyer or seller request or for any other reason.
You can go to the order details and send a message from that screen to the customer.
As a seller, you have 3 days to accept an order.

We hold seller payments until your service is completed. However, we will not be able to assist in any issue that arises outside of the Nribay marketplace. So we ask that you do not share your personal contact information and avoid communicating through external platforms. Please contact us if you need any additional information.
Nribay team can cancel the order on behalf of Buyer provided the service is not completed. Please reach out to Nribay team for any cancellation.
You have an option to send message under checkout page for any additional information. You can go to your inbox to see all your messages.
You will be updated through emails for any status update. You can also login to Nribay and see the order status under dashboard.
Service fees are added at the time of purchase to cover our administrative fees.
