Accessibility Statement
Last updated: June 9, 2026
Our commitment
NRIBay is committed to making its marketplace usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technologies such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, and keyboard-only navigation. Our goal is to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.
Measures we take
- Semantic HTML structure with properly labeled form fields and buttons;
- Text alternatives for meaningful images, including listing photos;
- A color palette designed for readable contrast in both light and dark themes;
- Keyboard operability for navigation, forms, and interactive controls;
- Responsive layouts that support zoom and small screens without loss of content;
- Accessibility review as part of our development process for new features.
Known limitations
The Service is under active development and some areas may not yet fully conform — for example, certain custom dropdown controls and third-party components (such as the bot-protection widget) may have imperfect assistive-technology support. We are working to address these.
Feedback and assistance
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on NRIBay — or need help completing any action on the site, such as posting a listing or contacting a seller — please let us know through the contact page. Please describe the page and the problem you experienced. We aim to respond within five business days and to fix verified barriers promptly.
Compatibility
NRIBay is designed to work with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) and with common screen readers, including VoiceOver and NVDA.
