Cookie Policy
Last updated: June 9, 2026
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage and session storage, which store data in your browser. We refer to all of these as "cookies" in this Policy.
2. Cookies we use
Strictly necessary
- Authentication (Supabase): keeps you signed in to your account between visits.
- Admin routing cookie (
nribay_is_admin): lets the site route administrators to the admin panel after sign-in. Expires after 7 days. - Bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile): Cloudflare sets cookies needed to verify you are human on sign-in and sign-up forms.
Preferences (local storage)
- Theme: remembers your light/dark mode choice.
- Selected states: remembers which U.S. states you have chosen so we can show nearby listings.
- Recently viewed: remembers listings you viewed so we can show them to you again. Stored only in your browser.
3. What we don't use
- No third-party advertising cookies;
- No cross-site tracking or social-media pixels;
- No sale or sharing of cookie data with data brokers.
4. Managing cookies
You can clear or block cookies through your browser settings. Because every cookie we set is functional, blocking them will break core features β most notably, you will not be able to stay signed in.
Because we do not engage in cross-site tracking or targeted advertising, we do not respond differently to "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control browser signals β there is no tracking for them to disable.
5. More information
